Shipping & Returns

Where does you ship to?

EU, UK, Norway and Schweiz. Orders to North America are fulfilled via our Amazon store (US/CA).

Notes:

  • EU/EEA: VAT included at checkout.
  • UK, Norway & Schweiz: Local duties/taxes may apply on delivery.
When will my order be shipped?

All orders are handled with 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of the Silverdrops bottles we manufacture. Why we offer 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (trial use allowed).

What it means: Try Silverdrops for up to 60 days.

Return condition: Gently used is OK—must be clean, undamaged, and include all parts (e.g., charging cable, guides).

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 7 business days.

NOTES: Opened filter cartridges and used replacement silicone spouts are non-returnable.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Within the EU it normally takes 1-3 business days for delivery. Norway and Schweiz might take a few extra days.

Orders & Warranty

How can I check, change, or cancel my order?

If you placed your order within the last hour it’s possible that you can still make changes to your order within business hours. If it has been a little longer, chances are that your order is a little too far along the fulfillment process for us to make changes.

I didn't receive my order confirmation?

There are a few reasons you might not see a confirmation email after placing your order:

  • It may have landed in your Spam or Junk folder
  • The email address entered at checkout might have a typo
  • The order was declined
  • There was an issue processing the payment

Silverdrops has 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, send it back for a full refund of the product price.

Products

Which size should I choose?

24 oz (700ml) for all-day hydration. 16 oz (500ml) for lighter carry and kids. Both fit most standard cupholders.

Are the lids interchangeable?

Yes.

Silverdrops is a platform—swap lids across 16 oz and 24 oz bottles.
