If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the details below to make sure your return goes smoothly.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You can return your Silverdrops product within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be clean and undamage.
  • All parts must be included (e.g. charging cable, filter components)
  • Filter cartridges must be unused and unopened
  • Replacement silicone spouts must be unused

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Products returned in heavily used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to a partial refund.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model or color, please place a new order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
